From June 1-July 31, expect engaging events, fun activities, and, of course, a LOT of reading.

Branch Prizes
Branch Prizes
Keep an eye out for an email at the end of summer inviting you to pick up your prize. Upon arrival, you can pick up your small prize and may even be the lucky winner of a branch prize!
Track the hours or books through Beanstack or with a paper log from your branch.
Prizes will be distributed at the end of the Summer Reading Program. Paper reading logs and Beanstack reading logs must be submitted by July 31.

Become an archaeologist for the day and unearth a dinosaur from ice!

Crafternoon - Tell Me About Your Favorite Dinosaur | Fri., July 31 at 2:00 PM
Marie knows nothing about dinosaurs, but she wants to learn! Come to this program and tell Marie everything you know about your favorite dinosaur. We will color dinosaur pages while we listen to everyone talk about their favorite dinosaur.
Ages 6-12. Registration Required.
End of Summer Bash | Sat., August 8 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Celebrate the end of summer and the end of the Summer Reading Program! We will have an inflatable obstacle course, a fire truck, a big balloon dinosaur, and lots of fun dino-themed stations, including a "Dinosaur" Egg Hunt at 10:00 AM!

Summer Craft Series | Thurs., July 23 at 6:00 PM
Create marbled shaving cream prints.

Crow Party! | Sat., July 25 at 2:00 PM
Wear your finest crow attire (Black. Formal. Feathers optional, but encouraged.) to do as the crows do and trade trinkets for fun. You can bring your own trinkets or make a button or origami crow with supplies provided at the party.

Students will dive into the world of Minecraft while developing creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ages 7-14. Registration required.
Teen Time Capsule | Tues., July 28 at 4:30 PM
Create your own time capsule by: writing letters to the future, placing photos from your neighborhood, or any small item that represents you in 2026 or your ideas of what the future might look like. You will choose where to bury it on your own to open in 5 years.
Ages: 13-18. Registration is Required.
Picnic "Beats" at the Library | Wed., July 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM
A live DJ will be spinning a vibrant mix of a feel-good-tunes, perfect for relaxing, line dancing or just soaking up the atmosphere.
All ages. Registration required.
